CONTEST SIGN-UPS

Contests at the Fall Festival on Saturday, October 3rd!

When?

Pet Costume Contest 3:30pm
Pie Eating Contests 4pm
Kid & Adult Costume Contests 5pm

Where?

This will be at the Fall Festival in the Gallipolis City Park! The contests will take place on the stage located on the First Avenue side of the park.

What are the categories?

All pets welcome!
Ages 18+ (unless a parent consents under 18)
Ages 13 & under and ages 14+

What's the cost?

Pet Costume Contest: $5
Pie Eating Contests: $6
Kid & Adult Costume Contests: $5

How do you sign up?

You can sign up ahead of time on our website or at the festival at The Artisan Shoppe/info tent.

Prizes?

Winners will receive a trophy!

Please make sure costumes are safe and family-friendly and pets aren't aggressive to people or other animals.

Check to agree that you understand that The Artisan Shoppe, the City of Gallipolis, and individuals assisting in hosting the contests are not responsible for any liabilities as a result of participation in these contest and that the entry cost is considered a non-refundable donation for fundraising purposes.

This form is just an application and does not guarantee you a spot to set up at the Fall Festival.

There will be a limited number of vendors with specific types of products allowed so as not to oversaturate the market.
Not all past vendors will be accepted due to failure to follow instructions for setting up and packing up.
If accepted, please make sure to check your email for setting up and packing up instructions, along with any other pertinent information we may send. Instructions will be sent to approved vendors the week before the festival.
If you're a food vendor, you will only be considered if you have a board of health permit, liability insurance, and are self-sufficient with your own electric and water without hookups.
Vendors will not have access to electric hookups.

After your submission is reviewed, you will be notified via email if you are accepted. Once accepted, you will be given 24 hours to pay an invoice for setting up, or your application will be rejected, and you must reapply for consideration.

*Payment is considered a donation, and you will not be refunded if you cancel or don't show up.
