This form is just an application and does not guarantee you a spot to set up at the Fall Festival.

• There will be a limited number of vendors with specific types of products allowed so as not to oversaturate the market.

• Not all past vendors will be accepted due to failure to follow instructions for setting up and packing up.

• If accepted, please make sure to check your email for setting up and packing up instructions, along with any other pertinent information we may send. Instructions will be sent to approved vendors the week before the festival.

• If you're a food vendor, you will only be considered if you have a board of health permit, liability insurance, and are self-sufficient with your own electric and water without hookups.

• Vendors will not have access to electric hookups.
